That is because the pattern is not just a thought. It's usually tied to emotion, body memory, relational conditioning, fear, protection, or an old belief about who you had to be in order to feel safe, loved, accepted, or in control.

As a Certified Jungian Life Coach and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, I help women explore these deeper patterns with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. My work integrates Jungian psychology, interpersonal hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, active imagination, and coaching to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface — and begin creating new choices from a more grounded, self-trusting place.

How Interpersonal Hypnotherapy Informs My Work

Interpersonal hypnotherapy focuses on the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and protective strategies that form through relationship.

In my Jungian coaching work, this lens helps us explore questions such as:

  • Why do I keep over-explaining, over-giving, or shrinking in certain relationships?

  • Why does my body react so strongly even when my mind knows I’m safe?

  • What old belief is being activated in this moment?

  • What part of me is trying to protect me, and what does it need now?

  • What new choice becomes possible when I’m no longer fused with the old pattern?

While I am also trained and certified in clinical, interpersonal, and transpersonal hypnotherapy, my primary work today is Jungian Life Coaching. I often draw from my hypnotherapy background—especially through guided imagery, relaxation, parts dialogue, emotional integration, and unconscious pattern exploration.

A Bridge Between Coaching and the Unconscious

You do not have to choose between talking about what's happening in your life and working beneath the surface. My approach allows us to explore the real situations, relationships, choices, and challenges you are facing now while also listening for the deeper emotional, relational, and symbolic patterns shaping your responses.

Formal hypnotherapy sessions may be available by request when appropriate. Most clients, however, work with me through Jungian life coaching, where we can explore the same deeper material in a broader, more integrated way.
